The 2025 International Conference on Electrical, Control, and Artificial Intelligence (ICOECAI 2025) will be held from October 24 to 26, 2025, in Guangzhou, sponsored by the School of Engineering, Guangzhou College of Technology and Business. The conference aims to provide a high-level platform for scholars, researchers, and industry experts in the fields of electrical engineering, control science, and artificial intelligence to exchange ideas and collaborate. With the rapid development of technology, these fields are facing unprecedented opportunities and challenges, and the conference will focus on in-depth discussions surrounding the latest research outcomes and technological applications. 

The conference will feature keynote presentations, invited talks, and oral presentations, with renowned experts from both domestic and international backgrounds sharing cutting-edge research, success stories, and future trends to promote the exchange of ideas and technological innovation. We also encourage young scholars and graduate students to actively participate, showcasing their research achievements and innovative ideas, thus laying the foundation for future academic exchanges. All papers, both invited and contributed, will be reviewed by two or three expert reviewers from the committees. After a careful reviewing process, all the accepted papers of ICOECAI 2025 will be published on conference proceedings and will be submitted to EI Compendex, Scopus for indexing.
