The 2025 International Conference on Electrical, Control, and Artificial Intelligence (ICOECAI 2025) will be held from October 24 to 26, 2025, in Guangzhou, sponsored by the School of Engineering, Guangzhou College of Technology and Business. The conference aims to provide a high-level platform for scholars, researchers, and industry experts in the fields of electrical engineering, control science, and artificial intelligence to exchange ideas and collaborate. With the rapid development of technology, these fields are facing unprecedented opportunities and challenges, and the conference will focus on in-depth discussions surrounding the latest research outcomes and technological applications. 

The conference will feature keynote presentations, invited talks, and oral presentations, with renowned experts from both domestic and international backgrounds sharing cutting-edge research, success stories, and future trends to promote the exchange of ideas and technological innovation. All papers will be reviewed by two or three expert reviewers from the conference committees. After a careful reviewing process, all accepted papers will be published by IEEE and will be submitted to IEEE Xplore, EI Compendex, Scopus for indexing.
